The rules for making and opening links.

A destination stored against a short code, and a redirect returned when that code is requested. Nothing beyond that is promised.

Whoever creates a link is responsible for where it leads: that the content is lawful, that they may direct traffic to it, and that it fits the rules of the platform where the link is shared.

Malware, phishing, impersonation intended to deceive, and content that is unlawful where it is published. Automated abuse of the redirect endpoint is equally prohibited.

A link may be removed when it breaks these terms, when a report about it is upheld, or when a lawful request requires it. A removed code stops resolving immediately and may later be issued to a different owner.

Destinations are not reviewed or endorsed by us. The service is provided as it stands, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or by matters outside our control.
